Kevin Sayed

Kevin has extensive experience in business transactions, corporate law, and media.

Prior to Falls Counsel, Kevin served as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and General Counsel for MrBeastYouTube, LLC and Beast Industries Co. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping the company’s legal strategies during a period of remarkable growth. He helped the company expand from less than 10 million to over 600 million social media subscribers. Kevin was responsible for managing external firm relationships and handling all legal matters, including domestic and international media projects, branding and advertising, licensing, intellectual property, employment, production agreements, and consumer products.

Prior to MrBeastYouTube, LLC and Beast Industries Co, Kevin was a partner at Colombo Kitchin Attorneys, where he focused on business law, taxation, and estate planning. He was recognized by Super Lawyers in 2019, 2020, and 2022 for business and tax law, ranking in the top 4% of attorneys nationwide.

In addition, Kevin has experience in private equity trading, having worked as an equity trader at Privateer Trading. There, he managed teams and executed large-scale transactions across various sectors. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked as a small business and personal banker at Wachovia Bank, where he was responsible for loan sales, underwriting, and investment services.
