Kelly Tyra is the Chief of Staff at Falls Counsel, where she oversees firm operations, strategic initiatives, and administrative management.

Kelly works closely with leadership to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance both internal and client-facing processes. With a background in education and customer service, Kelly brings a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach to supporting the firm’s growth and long-term vision.

Kelly’s career began in customer service, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills. She later transitioned into education, refining her ability to coordinate complex projects and foster collaboration. Before joining Falls Counsel, she served as an Executive Coordinator at First Gen Law, where she managed operations and client relations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative and strategic priorities.

As Chief of Staff, Kelly plays a key role in operational strategy, talent development, and firm-wide efficiency. She manages high-level initiatives, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment between leadership objectives and day-to-day execution. She is dedicated to building strong internal structures, supporting business development, and fostering a dynamic, well-organized work environment.
