India Hamilton is a law clerk at Falls Counsel, where she assists with all practice areas, primarily focusing on intellectual property matters. She works with the firm in an independent capacity, contributing her expertise to support client needs.

India is currently pursuing her J.D. at Fordham University School of Law (Class of 2025) and earned her B.A. from the University at Buffalo Advanced Honors College in 2022, graduating summa cum laude as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Before joining the firm, India served as a Summer Associate at Bartlett LLP, where she gained experience in corporate law and litigation. She also worked on human rights and legal empowerment initiatives as a student in the Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic at Fordham Law School.

India is a Notes and Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, where she edits legal scholarship and mentors junior staff members. Her published work explores key developments in IP law.

India’s primary interests lie in intellectual property law, where she enjoys navigating the complexities of protecting creative and innovative works. She is particularly drawn to the challenge of balancing legal frameworks with artistic and technological advancement—ensuring that pioneering ideas receive the protection they deserve.
