Ana’s expertise lies in designing and implementing corporate structures for optimal tax efficiency and operational performance, accompanied by governance policies that enhance transparency. Throughout her career, Ana has successfully closed corporate transactions valued at over $15 million, including M&A deals, Series Seed and Series A fundraising, corporate restructuring, and related ventures.

As the head of the Latin America office, Ana oversees operations in the region and leads initiatives to expand the client base and improve service delivery. She has driven projects across Mexico and the USA, utilizing her entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative legal strategies. Ana actively participates in multinational transactions, gaining valuable insights into diverse legal frameworks and cultural nuances, which strengthens her ability to navigate complex challenges on a global scale.
